I’m a professionally trained chef with over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry—and for the past 15 years, my focus has shifted toward something deeply meaningful: the connection between food and health.


After completing a Diploma in Health Science and Nutrition, my career took a transformative turn during my years as Head Chef and Catering Manager at The Gawler Foundation. It was there that I discovered a passion for whole food, plant-based cooking – not just as a culinary style, but as a way to support healing, wellbeing, and vitality.


Through co-facilitating garden-to-kitchen workshops, working closely with nutritionists, delivering talks, and engaging with people who were eager to make healthy changes, I saw a clear need: many people want to eat better but don’t know where to start. So, I opened my own kitchen to the community, offering hands-on cooking experiences and practical education to help others confidently transition to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. In response to the growing demand for practical cooking guidance, I now offer online cooking tutorials through my YouTube channel, providing accessible, step-by-step lessons on creating delicious and nutritious plant-based meals.

 While I no longer host hands-on workshops at home, my videos serve as a comprehensive resource for anyone looking to make the transition to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle.
