I have been a chef for 30 years and in the last 10 years, I developed a keen interest in health and nutrition. I have been studying Health Science and Nutrition at University while working as Head Chef/Catering Manager at The Gawler Foundation and it’s Yarra Valley Living Centre for the past 6 years. I also work at a beautiful organic café in the Yarra Valley called Nancy’s of The Valley. I specialise in, and I am very passionate about wholefood plant-based cooking (and eating). I am constantly been asked to teach this way of cooking so I decided to open my home kitchen up to those who are on a path to making a change but don’t know where or how to start.
